- Carrying prohibited or dangerous items

Drivers must maintain valid licenses and insurance. Users are encouraged to verify trip details before riding.

Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at TITI’s discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, and content belong to TITI and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TITI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where required by law.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or unsafe conduct.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, with exclusive jurisdiction in Erbil courts.
